Reacting to the news of killings of girls in Rivers state by a serial killer, former head of the Nigeria Police Complaint Response Unit, Abayomi Shogunle, has shared how to avoid being a target or falling victims of serial killers.
He shared this via his Twitter page where he educated girls on what to do not to be the next victim of a serial killer in a hotel. This came after the reports that several dead bodies of women are being seen in several hotels in Rivers state.
