The 51st NAACP Image Awards 2020 took place last night, at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California on Saturday (February 22nd). 
The 51st NAACP Image Awards is an annual awards ceremony presented by the U.S.-based National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to honour outstanding performances in film, television, music, and literature.
During the event, Rihanna was honoured with the President’s Award, While actor Micheal B. Jordan won the Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture award for “Just Mercy”. Singer Lizzo won the Entertainer of the Year. The biggest winner on the night was teen actress Marsai Martin she won 4 awards in different categories for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series and Outstanding Performance by a Youth (Series, Special, Television Movie or Limited-Series) awards for “Blackish”, and the Outstanding Breakthrough Performance in a Motion Picture and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture awards for “Little”.
