Nigeria’s international Afrobeat music star, Ayo Balogun aka Wizkid has sold out all of his three shows slated for the O2 Arena later this month all within 35 minutes.
Sales of tickets for the first day of the show, Made In Lagos Tour scheduled for 28 November was sold out in 12 minutes.

Based on popular demand, Wizzy introduced a second show for 29 November. Again the tickets were lapped up in two minutes. Based on heightened demand, Wizzy added a third show for 1 December. It was the same story: all the tickets sold out. The O2 Arena can accommodate 20,000 music fans.
With COVID-19 on recession, the popular London venue is hosting an A-List of global artists for what is termed ‘welcome back shows’. Burna Boy, another Nigerian artist played at the arena on 27 August, also to a sold-out audience. But the StarBoy has surpassed him in popularity.
