Born 22 December 1969, Dr. Uchechukwu Ogah is a Nigerian oil magnate, investor and an entrepreneur. He started his banking career during his year at youth service at NAL Bank Plc. He joined Zenith Bank in 1997 and set a record of growing a branch from zero balance to over N9 billion and rose to position of assistant manager. 
In 2001 he started his foundation Uche Ogah Foundation with the aim of providing empowerment and alleviating poverty. With investment in the oil sector, he has been quoted saying “I have the biggest oil storage in Nigeria” after being accused of corruption by the Global Anti-Corruption Initiative. Running under the banner of the APC, Ogah has planned to industrialise Abia State.
