Russia 2018: All The Action From Day 5 Of The FIFA World Cup

Millions of football fans around the world were well entertained on Monday, 18th of June, as Sweden, Belgium and England snatched a win as they kicked off their 2018 FIFA world cup campaign.

The Swedish national team opened the curtains with their roller coaster win over South Korea. The Korean team found it difficult to raise any form of resistance due to the devastating injury streak in their ranks.

Roberto Martinez’s Belgian giants had some sort of difficulty in their quest to walk over world cup newcomers, Panama. Despite their 3-goal win, both teams made several fouls to amass a total of eight yellow cards.
The Three Lions wrapped up the day with a last minute winner over Tunisia. Sweden rose to second position in Group F after defeating South Korea. Belgium and England occupied the first and second position respectively while Tunisia and Panama took the third and fourth position.
