Prince Harry’s fiancee Meghan Markle has been revealed as the author of a racy secret diary detailing the struggles of a hustling Hollywood actress – revealing she has “magical boobs” and talking a LOT about sex.
Meghan, 36, called herself ‘The Working Actress’ and used a silhouette of an empty director’s chair as the logo for her anonymous blog full of fruity language and revealing confessions. The blog was started in January 2010, with Meghan telling readers how she was “hustling” for stardom. She wrote: “I am a working actress. And I don’t have an entourage. Not a star. Not in tabloids.
The kind of girl who is sometimes recognizable-ish. Operative suffix being “ish.” I don’t wait tables. I don’t have a side job. I am in the club of the fortunate few that somehow make a living playing dress up. When it’s good, it’s f***ing awesome. The other 300+ days, it’s harder than most would think. Humbling. Greuling [sic]. Sometimes mind numbing. But at the end of the day, it’s all worth it.”
Promoting her blog on Twitter, she encouraged readers to go on her blog with teasing tweets, writing: “‘Come and read about the girl with the magical boobs!” In another tweet, she posted: “Come and read about sex. Lots of sex! Despite her glamorous lifestyle now, Prince Harry’s fiancee reveals the hidden hardships of starting out in the acting business – even giving interviews where she spoke about filming love scenes, and how a rejection from a job would leave her “sobbing in bed with a bottle of wine and a box of cookies.”
She was forced to drive to auditions in a “beat-up Ford explorer sport that rattled like a steamboat engine”, which she had to crawl in through the boot to get into because the front door was jammed.
Before finding fame, Meghan starred in the US version of Deal or No Deal as a briefcase model, where she stood holding the case in a skimpy red dress.
After getting her big break as Rachel Zane in legal drama suits, she carried on writing the sensational blog, but did not reveal her identity or what series she was starring in. Soon after, in July 2012, she deleted the blog, with later posts highlighting how her life dramatically changed.
