Chika Onuah of GovGold makeover was behind the thespian’s glam look as Tonto’s smokey eye used softer shades, as the magic hands lined both her upper and lower lashline. To complete the look, the MUA gave Tonto her usual enviable lashes and a subtle ombre lips.
