The Super Eagles of Nigeria are set to kick of their FIFA world cup campaign on Saturday evening with a promising match against Croatia.
The Super Eagles will be hoping to convert their fashion prowess into a highly anticipated success against the Croatians, as they employ their jersey in a competitive match fo the first time ever.
The Nigerian team have been heavily criticised for their poor run in almost all their pre-world cup friendly matches. Their consecutive loss to England and Czech Republic further dampened the morale of their fans in all nations of the world.
Croatia have also experienced some sort of international recognition for their jersey. They can easily rely on the depth of high calibre players in their team to rise against the Super Eagles in their fist match of the tournament.
The match will start at 8:00pm in the Kaliningrad stadium.
