Nigerian afro pop singer and rapper Ajebutter22 has revealed the release date of his album “What Happens in Lagos” which is the 24th of November 2017, in view of this he shared the cover art for the album on his instagram page, the art work mimics the “Lagos big boy status” metamorphosis which he describes is the theme of the album.
I wanted to document the different phases on the path to the “Lagos Big Boy” status that seems to be the Lagos Dream, the album goes from a hopeful student to a struggling working class man and finally the big boy with a questionable past.
Ajebutter who has had his singles “Wayward” and “Ghana Bounce” still rocking the market, this is surely an album to anticipate its release.
