Ghanaian lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has said that it is an offense for one to make noise while sleeping with their partner. 
Speaking during a discussion on United Showbiz on UTV with Nana Ama MacBrown, Ampaw stated that the offense is captured in Ghana’s constitution.

He stressed that making noise during sex is against the law because it also qualifies as noise pollution.
