Due to the current shakeup in the fashion industry, Micheal Kors is reportedly set to buy Versace in a 2-billion-dollar deal.  
 Though< both parties are yet to confirm this information as they are both still in bids to sign the supposed deal. According to a report released by the Business Of Fashion:
US fashion group Michael Kors Holdings Ltd. is close to an agreement to buy Gianni Versace S.p.A, the private Italian fashion company under the creative reins of Donatella Versace.
But it still appears the Versace family will still have a role in their company even after it’s been sold.  
 Apparently, this would be another Micheal Kor’s move in expanding its fashion industry as they bought Jimmy Choo for $1.2billion in 2017.
