Cynthia Erivo born to Nigerian parent in Stockwell London, is a British-Nigerian actress, singer and songwriter. She stunned at the Oscars and was a vision of elegance as she walked the red carpet in a beautiful white gown with a billowing skirt and a thigh-high split.
Erivo had ignored the BAFTA 2020 awards for lacking race inclusiveness and at the woeful gender diversity in its nominations.
The gown she rocked, the body was covered with an array of beautiful silver sequins and mesh detailing, and she completed her look with matching platform heels.
Cynthia Erivo – who is nominated for Best Actress for her performance in Harriet – accessorised her beautiful look with an array of silver rings as she made a glamorous arrival for the occasion.
Upon her arrival at this year’s Oscars – where she performed on stage – Cynthia showed off a stunning make-up look created by Terrell Mullin for Giorgio Armani Beauty.
‘This is her night, so we wanted her beauty to complement her natural beauty and radiant skin,’ Terrell explained.
‘Cynthia was wearing a custom atelier gown in white so we chose a look that was classic old Hollywood with a brown smoky eye, big lashes, and a washed-out, nude lip.’
For the brown smoky eye, Terrell used the Giorgio Armani Beauty Eyes To Kill Eye Quattro Eye Shadow in 2, as well as the Smooth Silk Eye Pencil in 12 and the Eye Tint Liquid Eye Shadow in 39.
When it came to the ‘washed-out’ lip, the beauty pro turned to the brand’s Lip Maestro Liquid Lipstick in 100. Et voila! Photo Credit: Getty
