Singer Wizkid is winning on every side and we are incredibly proud of the singer for his many achievements. The singer’s 2017 single “Come closer” ft rapper drake has been certified Platinum in the UK and Gold in Australia.
According to the BRITS Certified Awards website, songs are awarded platinum status when they achieve 600,000 units of sales and according to an Official Charts Company data a song is certified gold when it sell 400,000 copies. Leandro Hidalgo, who is the mixing engineer for the song took to his Instagram account to show off a plaque for the achievement. Fans of the singer also took to social media to celebrate with him noting that the singer effortlessly sets his milestone wins without making noise about it.
