COVID-19 Cases Hit 20m Globally New COVID-19 Cases Hit 20M Globally

According to Worldometer, which provides updates on the  COVID-19 pandemic, the case toll of the virus has hit 20 million globally.  734,239 fatalities have been recorded so far globally. The tally of recoveries worldwide is currently 12,909,733.

The US leads the pack with 5,199,444 cases, trailed by Brazil with 3,035,582 and India with 2,217,245. In Africa, South Africa has the highest number of cases with 559,859. Nigeria with 46,577 cases is among the top 50 countries with the highest rate of infections.
