Shocker! President Buhari Appoints Three Dead People Into Government Parastatal

President Muhammadu Buhari became an enemy of his own battle this week when he appointed three ghost workers among the 1,467 new appointees he added to his government in fulfillment of his promise to the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the 31st of October.
The ghost workers include: Reverend Christopher Utov, who passed in March 2017, sits on the board of the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research. Donald Ugbaja, who passed in November, was also added to the board of the Consumer Protection Council. Senator Francis Okpozo, who passed December 2016. He was appointed the Chairman of the Nigerian Press Council.
Other appointees in the list are big names in the presidential political party.
