ExFinance Minister under the Olusegun Obasanjo administration Sen. Nenadi Usman loses husband, Sa’ad Usman today April 1st 2020, he was till death the Emir of Jere Kaduna State. 
The passing of the Monarch was announced by the Emir’s younger brother Aminu Jere on Wednesday morning, he wrote
“I just lost a brother in person of HRH the Sarkin Jere, Dr Saad Usman, PhD,”
The husband of Sen. Nenadi Usman was at various times the Secretary of the Kaduna State Government. The late monarch had been hospitalised in London following injuries he got during a scuffle between him and locals over a land dispute.
