The streets of Twitter was thrown into mourning on Wednesday evening after a budding graphics designer Okechukwu, popularly called Oke lost his life to the aftermath of the #EndSARS protests.
Oke is of course not the only Nigerian Youth that has lost his life in the fight and struggles of the youths against police brutality and bad governance but his case is difference as he was not on the streets protesting but killed in his home compound.
Another cause for more pain is his tweet, three hours before his death, where he noted that the nation will not end him “Nigeria will not end me” he wrote as seen above. Reports have it that stray bullet hit him while he was in his home. His brother, has however, offered a clarification as to how his brother died.

Taking to the streets of Twitter to give the update, Daniel revealed that Oke was stabbed to death by some hoodlums who invaded their home. The deceased was said to be protecting his mother and siblings from the hoodlums, but ended up being the sacrifice for their safety.
