Street artist, Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley has made a statement about his smoking habit.
Smoking has become more than a habit in the Nigerian music scene. Many top music artists have been sighted smoking publicly. Naira Marley also known as “Igbo Labi” is one of such. Naira has been seen on several occasions puffing huge wraps.

The street artist who was recently castigated for performing during Tinubu’s rally in Lagos stirred up different reactions with the post he dropped on his Twitter page.
The Marlian boss who is known to be a serial smoker made his fans understand that he never plans on quitting smoke anytime soon. In his post, he begged God against anything that will compulsorily make him quit the habit he loves so much.

Naira Marley became a household name after his case with the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, (EFCC). He got the commission’s attention after he released his song “Am I A Yahoo Boy” on 3 May 2019. He was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that same day. Naira Marley released “Soapy” on 27 June 2019, a few days after he was released from prison. Soapy became a global hit and put Naira Marley in the spotlight.
