A 19-year-old woman is accused of breaking into her ex-boyfriend’s home, hiding until he came home and then raping him while holding a machete.
Samantha Mears, 19, is accused of breaking into the man’s house when he was out. The victim claims his former partner confronted him with the weapon after appearing from behind his bedroom door. Mears then allegedly forced him onto the bed and made him strip. The 19-year-old is accused of holding the weapon throughout the attack in which she removed her underwear, crawled on top of him and engaged in sexual intercourse.
The man said he feared he could not leave the room without being hurt. After the alleged assault, he tried to push Mears off him but she bit him on the arm, he told officers in Great Falls, Montana, US. He claims he managed to take several photos of Mears “with the machete in her hand” as she sat naked on the bed and tried to have sex again.
The brunette allegedly tore a piece of trim the bedroom the wall and deliberately urinated on his bed.The man claims he eventually managed to ring the police by pretending to call a friend called Doug as he and Mears rowed.
He said he was slowly able to back out of the room and flee as police arrived. Mears has been charged with aggravated burglary, assault with a weapon, unlawful restraint, assault of a partner and two counts of criminal mischief. Additional charges such as sexual intercourse without consent could follow, police said.
