Kylian Mbappe’s Family ‘Buy House In Madrid’ Amid Real Madrid Transfer Rumour

The future of Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain has been thrown into fresh doubt as his family have reportedly bought a house in Madrid.

The arrival of Lionel Messi at the Parisian club this summer has thrown the future of the 22-year-old into jeopardy amid ongoing reports that Real Madrid want to sign the striker.

Mbappe is out of contract at the French club next summer and PSG do not want to risk losing him as a free agent next year and could cash-in on him this month if a suitable offer arrived.

The Ligue 1 outfit need to make cuts to their wage bill after Messi joined Sergio Ramos, Achraf Hakimi, Georginio Wijnaldum and Gianluigi Donnarumma in joining the club this month.

It has now been reported by Radio Marca in Spain that Mbappe’s family have already bought a house in the affluent La Moraleja district in the northern Community of Madrid.

Madrid have already moved on Ramos and Raphael Varane this summer while Martin Odegaard is also set to join Arsenal this week, which could fund a move for the French striker this summer.

Mbappe is out of contract at the Parc des Princes next summer and there has been a standstill in the negotiation process between the player and the club.

That led to the striker being whistled and jeered by a section of the PSG fans during their game against Strasbourg on Saturday.

Mbappe scored the Parisian side’s second goal in a 4-2 victory but it was made clear that a number of the club’s fans are less than happy with the striker’s situation.

Club president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi is said to be the main individual attempting to convince Mbappe to sign up to a new deal with the club, but as things stand he is available to leave as a free agent next summer.

PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino had said of the booing, in quotes carried by   L’Equipe   : “I did not hear the whistles.

“I am very happy with him. He’s focused on what he needs to do and had a really good game. He must continue on this path.

“It is very important for us to have our supporters around us. It’s extraordinary and we missed him dearly. Football is completely different with the spectators.

“With the presentation of the newcomers, it was a great evening for PSG. Now, we have to prepare them gradually, without taking too many risks, whether it is Leo Messi or the others.”

Mbappe could link up with Karim Benzema at Los Blancos – the two played together at international level for the first time this summer during Euro 2020.
