Rapper Ray J has reportedly filed for divorce from his wife Princess Love and is requesting joint custody of their children.
The former boyfriend of Kim Kardashian , 39, has submitted court documents to end his marriage to his wife, as seen by The Blast.
The hip-hop star, born William Ray Norwood Jr., is said to have filed for the dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles County Court on Monday.

Ray J is reported to be seeking joint custody of his and Princess Love’s children: two-year-old daughter Melody Love and eight-month-old Epik Ray Norwood.
Princess, 35, was previously reported to have filed for divorce in May before requesting that the filing be dismissed in July.
The documents that appear to have been filed by Ray J on Monday referred to a pre-nuptial agreement between the pair that he wants honoured, which includes prior-agreed property and support.
Their management saidd: “Our clients are asking for privacy at this time as they work out this difficult situation.”
The pair married in 2016, but their relationship faced strain last November when they had a huge fight in Las Vegas, during Princess’ second pregnancy, according to TMZ.
Last month, Ray J took to Instagram to post a sweet birthday message to his wife alongside a cute black-and-white image of himself and Princess.
He penned: ‘Happy Birthday my love! I’m so happy and blessed to spend today with you and our family. God is the greatest! Everybody pls wish my wife @princesslove #HAPPYBIRTHDAY”.n
When Princess first filed for divorce in May, she requested that she receive full physical and legal custody of the children and support.
Following the first filing by Princess, a representative of the couple said: “It’s a very difficult time for both Princess and Ray J and we are asking that we just let them have their privacy as they work through and deal with this very trying situation.”
Amid the coronavirus pandemic earlier this year, Ray J self-isolated away from his family before being able to see them, as she wanted to protect their children from the virus if he has socialised with others.
He told Page Six: “I’m lonely right now. I don’t want to quarantine by myself. I keep telling Princess, but she says, ‘If I see one person over there with you, you got to start over’.
“So I really have to lock myself in, because I really miss my kids.”
He added: “She said I got to put in seven days alone, and I’m good with the seven, but she really want me to do 14, so it’s hard to look at the 13 days left.”
