Yoruba movie actor, Abimbola Kazeem popularly known as Jigan Baba Oja has threatened to sue former Naira Marley signee, Mohbad for mocking his disability in a yet-to-be-released song.
Mohbad had shared a snippet of his new song ‘Ask About Me’ scheduled to be released on April 14, 2023, and a line from his lyrics seems to have gotten on the bad side of the Nollywood actor.
“Temurege bi Jigan. Ese Jigan o to le” Mohbad sang.

Jigan Babaoja who was deeply offended by the lines, took to his Instagram page to blow hot on the artists who make his disability the center point of their music.
Sharing a video of the snippet playing in his car, Jigan Babaoja stated that he would be suing the singer for a sum of 100 million naira, which will serve as a lesson to others who were thinking of doing the same.
“I am taking this up against @iammohbad and I am going to charge him 100 million! This will sound a big lesson to others!”.

Mohbad is yet to respond to the threat as of the time of filing this report.
This is not the first time the actor will be threatening a lawsuit against a singer for mocking his condition in musical lyrics.
Recall that Jigan Babaoja last year threatened to sue Asake for mocking his inability to walk in one of his songs.
However, no suit was filed against the YBNL artist.
