I’m Not Contesting For Lagos State Governor In 2023 – MC Oluomo

The NURTW Chairman of the Lagos State chapter, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as “Mc Oluomo” has taken to his Twitter handle to declare publicly that he isn’t interested in becoming the next governor of Lagos nor even ready to contest for the position in the next gubernatorial election in 2023. Mc Oluomo who has been trending all morning since after he was on a show, the “Public Eye” hosted by veteran TV host Funmi Iyanda. Mc Oluomo was questioned about his affiliation with the recurring fights, gang war and death associated with the organisation he currently heads. He was also questioned about his plans to develop and improve the current state of the public transport system in Lagos State.

Alhaji Musiliu gave most of his replies to the question asked in Yoruba his first language, his composure, eloquence, deep understanding and insights about the Lagos peculiarity seems to have struck a chord amongst Lagosian that led to him trending across all social media platforms. He was dubbed to be the next governor of Lagos state, to some saying he was the best man for the job because the previous governor Akinwunmi Ambode and the incumbent Bbajide Sanwo-Olu have both failed Lagos state. But Mc Oluomo has taken to his Twitter handle to declare publicly that he isn’t interested in becoming the Governor of Lagos state, nor will he ever even contest for any political positions ranging from Local government Chairman to House of Rep member nor to be a Senator.
