The wife of the Ooni of Ife Olori Naomi Silekunola has announced the end of her marriage to the Oba Enita Ogunwusi. The queen today took to her official Instagram page to announce the end of the union noting that she will no longer be a slave to the idea of perfection.
In a lengthy post shared on social media, she clarified certain details about their 3 years of marriage noting that the decision to move on did not come because his majesty is married to another queen, and during their marriage, she was the only married wife to him even though there were side attractions, but it was never an issue. Olori Naomi said their marriage was not arranged one contrary to reports and she has never been pregnant before Tadenikawo which is her first pregnancy and the girl rumored to be her daughter is her niece.
She shared that she did her best to endure and make it work; many times, smiled through the struggle, but she has finally realized she had just one assignment, her son, and when God is done, He is done. Queen Naomi further clarified that Religion was never an issue between them and His Majesty has a picture he would love the world to see and perceive him as and another one which is his true self so today she closes her royal chapter and opens a new one.
