Euro 2020: Belgium Qualifies For The Quarter-Finals, Sends Ronaldo’s Portugal Home

The Red Devil’s of Belgium stay on course in their bid for a first international trophy in football for the national team. They make a major statement this evening defeating a hugely talents Portuguese side led by Captain Cristiano Ronaldo.

The match ended 1 nil, with the only goal of the match scored by Hazard, not the famous former Chelsea superstar but by his younger brother Thorgan Hazard.

The strategy worked to perfection as the famous 5 times ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo was kept quiet for large sum of the game. The tactics played by the Belgians worked to perfection limiting the Portuguese to shoot from long range with a lot of their shots way off target.

Belgium’s big man, “Big Rom” Lukaku had pitch of a match leading the line for his country upfront, always being a willing runner and big bully when necessary. If Portugal are to win anything with this bundle of talents at their disposal they need a new and more progressive manager, and less of Ronaldo.
