Stoke City have added Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo to their ranks for £6.35m on a five-year deal from Feirense.
The Nigerian international, who spent the latter part of the 2017/18 season on loan at Las Palmas, is currently the most expensive Nigerian player to join the potters.
Stoke City coach, Gary Rowett, confirmed the deal saying that “We’re really excited to have got the deal over the line for Etebo. I’m looking forward to seeing him in a Stoke City shirt as I’m sure our supporters are too.”
Etebo is the first signing made by Rowett since he left Derby to take charge of fellow Championship club Stoke in May.
