Tupac’s murder has been an ongoing investigation ever since the influential rapper was shot and killed in September 1996 at the young age of 25. Tupac was fatally shot during a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, after the car driving Tupac was stopped at a red light at East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane. And now, over two decades later, investigators are still trying to get to the bottom of who was responsible for his tragic death.

In the latest update on the case, Multiple media reports that Diddy’s name appeared 77 times in the legal papers that were filed last week and reportedly obtained by the media.

In the documents, the 54-year-old rapper was reportedly mentioned as prosecutors attempted to explain the rivalry between his label Bad Boy Records and on the East Coast and Marion “Suge” Knight’s label Death Row Records on the West Coast. The documents reportedly allege that Keefe flew to NYC with a LA police task force and went undercover to gather evidence against Diddy and Eric “Zip” Martin in connection with Tupac’s murder case.

As reported by the media, the documents state: “Task Force Detectives believed they had jurisdiction to investigate a Nevada homicide because Defendant asserted that the conspiracy to commit the murder began in California between Defendant, Eric “Zip” Martin, and Sean Combs.”

Elsewhere in the court document, the filing states: “Defendant [Keefe] has asserted publicly that he only told on himself and wasn’t trying to provide evidence against anyone else in his conversations with police. However, this statement belies this claim, as he suggested that Sean Combs paid Eric Von Martin a million dollars for the killings.”

The I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker is facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of sex trafficking, sexual abuse and rape. The lawsuits against P Diddy have been filed by a number of former girlfriends and employees. Diddy continues to “vehemently” deny the allegations.
