Charly Boy has called out the Bayelsa state government for making reality TV star Nengi an ambassador of the girl child in the state while ignoring a female first class graduate in the state.
The activist shared a photo of the first class graduate on his Instagram page and went on to share that Nengi allegedly came out with a third class but is being celebrated more than the first class graduate. Charly Boy said the appointment showed the misplacement of moral priority in the state. He mentioned that the first class graduate is the true face of the Bayelsa girl child.
