President Buhari’s son Yusuf Buhari has been appointed as the ‘Talban Daura a top traditional position in Daura Emirate of Katsina State. Yusuf’s turbaning ceremony was done on Tuesday 20th July 2021 and it was announced by the President’s SSA, Media & Publicity, Garba Shehu.
He was turbaned alongside Musa Daura, who is now the Dan Madamin Daura. The Talban Daura is a top traditional position in the Daura Emirate of Katsina State, reports say.

Recall that a few months ago it was reported that the president’s first son will be getting married to Kano Princess, Zahra Bayero, an architecture student in the United Kingdom. According to close sources, the wedding ceremony will be held later in the year with the attendance of top dignitaries. The event would have allegedly taken place earlier, but due to the absence of the First Lady, Aisha Buhari at that time, the marriage was allegedly withheld.
