Supermodel Hailey Baldwin had all eyes on her as she stepped out of the 2018 Whitney Gala in New York on Tuesday night. The stunning 21-year old donned a black Alex Perry patent leather gown that flared out from the waist down, for the event. 
The off-shoulder number placed massive attention on her tiny waist, allowing her to flaunt her tanned decolletage. She had her blonde locks pulled up in a high ponytail and finished off the look with hoop earrings and strappy heels. More photos below;
