Catalina Kim, the founder and chief executive of leading sports agency C&P Sports, is one of the most influential women in football.
The 38-year-old has recently been in the headlines after she was allegedly subject to sexual harassment and “inappropriate texts” from Chelsea commercial director Damian Willoughby.
The London club sacked Willoughby after football agent, Kim accused him of sexually harassing her.
Kim produced text messages showing that Willoughby asked if she was naked and introduced sex as a subject, whilst he also posted an alleged sexually-explicit video.
She also said he suggested he would arrange a meeting with Manchester City CEO Ferran Soriano if she agreed to be “naughty”.
Chelsea dismissed Willoughby after Kim alerted the club’s president of business Tom Glick about his conduct dating back to before he was brought in as a senior executive earlier in September.
Who is Catalian Kim
Catalina Kim is the only Asian female football agent in the whole of Europe. She was born in Seoul, South Korea, before moving to Italy to study.
She then began a career in the fashion industry in Milan.
Next up was a job as a consultant for the South Korean Embassy in London, where she made a number of contacts in business and beyond.

After leaving the Embassy, Kim was approached by a previous business contact to help broker a deal with Manchester City Football Club.
Football Agent Career
She set up her own sports agency, C&P Sports, which currently employs 28 people in London, Frankfurt and Seoul.
C&P Sports has brokered multi-million pound deals between Asian brands and European football clubs, and advises on commercial viability across the Premier League, La Liga, Serie- A, Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga.
Which Clubs Have Worked With Kim?
In an interview with We Are the City, Kim said she was proud to have brokered the deal between Kumho Tyres and Tottenham Hotspur.
She claimed the deal will become the longest-running partnership between a Korean corporation and Premier League side.
Kim was also reportedly instrumental in brokering a deal between Samsung and AC Milan, and helped Real Mardrid set up coaching facilities in South Korea.

Catalina Kim is one of the most successful agent in Europe. The founder of C&S Sports is worth around $10 million.
