Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State Governor has said the rise of insecurity in the North which has birthed an increased population of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) troubles him so much that he loses his sexual prowess when he remembers.

Samuel Ortom said this during a press conference he held recently, noting that he is deprived of sleep when he remembers those in IDP camps who have been forced to flee their homes because of insurgency.When I Am On My Wife And Remember IDPs, I Go Flat - Governor OrtomAccording to him, there is no way he could be at peace with the situation of things as a leader. He then went on to say even when he is having intimate moment with his wife and remembers he loses his energy.

The Governor had said, “There’s no way as a leader, how do you want me? Even when I’m on top of my wife and I remember the people in the IDP camp…” when a voice in the crowd added, “It goes flat”, and the Governor smiled in agreement.
