Nollywood actress Ireti Doyle given a piece of advice on what to consider when filing for next of kin.
The talented actress gave some advice on Instagram, telling people what they should consider when they are filing for their next of kin. She said that when filing for your next of kin, your thought should not be who will inherit your property.
Rather your thought should be who is that person you will want making life and death decisions on your behalf.

Iretiola Doyle further explained that, there are reasons why this is necessary. Some people feel when the phrase “next of kin” is being mentioned, it is automatically who will inherit their property.
