Actor Deyemi Okanlawon has raised eyebrows over the inclusion of his name in a humorous list of ‘Yoruba demons’ compiled by his colleague in the industry, Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha.
Okanlawon had Okanlawon shared a video clip from a movie scene where Akpotha humorously advised avoiding men with certain Yoruba names, labeling them as “Yoruba demons”.
In the video, Akpotha listed names such as Femi, Aboderin, Niyi, and Deyemi as examples of names men of Yoruba demons” who should be avoided by ladies.

But Okanlawon, had posted the clip on his Instagram page and lightheartedly questioned why his name had made its way onto Akpotha’s list.
In his post, Okanlawon humorously sought assistance from his fans to uncover the reason behind his inclusion in the list of “Yoruba demons,” all in good fun.

He expressed his curiosity about whether he had unknowingly done something to provoke Akpotha’s playful reference.
