#WCW: Yemi Alade’s Presence In Forbes Under-30 List Captions Her Resounding Success

Sensational Nigerian singer, Yemi Eberechi Alade, has always reserved a spot for herself as the King of queens in the Nigerian music industry.

Born on the 13th of March 1989 to a perfect inter-tribal union of a Yoruba father, Mr. James Alade and an Igbo woman Mrs. Helen Uzoma, the talented singer experienced the childhood of a bona-fide allround Nigerian. She is the fifth out of the seven children in her lovely family. She attended Saint Saviour British Primary School, then went on to Victory Grammar School in Lagos, before obtaining a Bachelors degree in Geography at the University of Lagos.

Though she announced her nake in the music industry when she won the Peak Talent Show in 2009 the thrilling singer solidified her stance in the industry with her award-winning Johnny single four years later. She went on to drop several thrilling tracks that eventually expanded her fame to the whole of Africa and beyond.
