A good number of Nigerian artistes have condemned Chocolate city boss, M.I Abaga for his blunt diss track, “You rappers should fix up your life”, targeted at all rappers in the Nigerian music industry.
The most recent rapper to reply M.I is G.R.A.P record rapper, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, popularly known as Vector. Vector blasted M.I during his performance at the recent home coming held for Chinko Ekun at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, Osun state. Vector said “I no sabi to dey tell people to go fix up their lives for back, make dem tell person wey dey find trouble say we can never be on the same level. Plus, when you’re in the position of a God, you won’t leave that high place to be chairman anyways. Well, instead of fixing up our lives, we are fixing up every other person’s life. How about that?”
Vector’s response comes on the back of a series of other responses to M.I by a good number of musicians as almost all of them find the diss track as unreasonable and uncalled for. The only artiste that accepted M.I chastisement in good faith is; upcoming rapper, Kelz Nena.
