A lecturer at the University of Calabar, Inyali Peter, has been attacked by thugs at the Obudu Local Government Area of Cross River State and nearly eascaped death.
According to reports, Peter Inyali, who is also a publisher for online news medium, FearlessReport.com was able to escape death due to the intervention of mobile policemen who were close to the vicinity that the attack took place. As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the attack is yet to be ascertained.
