Morayo Afolabi-Brown Writes On Her Primary School Named Corona

Media personality and TV Host, Morayo Afolabi-Brown has taken to social media to write about her primary school bearing name with the deadly coronavirus.

According to her, corona means crown and she advised the students not to feel bad, but to realize that they were receiving the best of education to become tomorrow’s leaders.

She wrote “At this time, it’s important to stand with my alma mata and write a note to some troubled Corona schools pupils and students. @coronaschoolgbagada_ @coronasecondarysch @coronaschoolstrustcouncil @coronaschoolsalumni

“Our name is currently associated with a deadly virus that have claimed lives. Remember our schools have raised champions that have saved and touched millions of lives! The word Corona means Crown. We were crowned with very sound education that money could buy in Nigeria and we are proud of this legacy. Let no one put you down at this time. I blame the scientists that picked our prestigious name for this horrible virus! You are Kings and Queens! Never forget that.”
