Former Kaduna state governor Balarabe Musa is dead. The former governor of the state passed away at the age of 84.

Former senator Shehu Sani announced the unfortunate passing of the ex-governor via his official Twitter handle. Balarabe was elected Governor of Kaduna State in the second Republic. He was elected governor in 1979 but was impeached in controversial circumstances in 1981.
