She took to social media to alert her guests and let people know of the sad development.
She said the decision to do so became necessary in a bid to safeguard the life of people and the resort will be closed until further notice.
Sharing the news, she wrote “Dear Guests, ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We have been doing everything to provide a enjoyable and safe place for all.

However, due to the elevation of COVID-19 to pandemic status, in a bid to promote public health and safety and ensure that our guests are safe, we hereby announce that EbonyLife Place will now be closed till further notice, effective immediately.⁣⁣
