Chelsea Breeze Past Swansea To Retain Their Top-Four Hopes

An early goal from Cesc Fabregas turned out to be the deciding factor on Saturday evening as Chelsea defeated Swansea to retain their top-four hopes for the season.
The Blues scored the only goal of the match in the 4th minute. Though they had several opportunities to score more goals, a wasteful performance from their attack fleet hindered them from maximizing on their opportunities as the eventually had to hold on to their on goal lead till the end of the match.
The result leaves Chelsea 2 points away from sealing a spot in the champions league, though, Tottenham still have a game in hand.
