Buhari’s Audio Tape Causing Serious Contention

There was criticism of the President Muhammadu Buhari for speaking in Hausa, as stakeholders across the country recieved the audio. Although, Nigerians claimed the President’s speech was impaired however this was dismissed.The voice message was released to Nigerians to disprove reports that he was suffering from speech impairment. Reports on social media, claimed that the President was suffering from speech and memory loss. The President thanked Nigerians for consistent prayers for his well-being in a recording aired yesterday by some radio stations like British Broadcasting Corporation, BBC, released by the Presidency. However, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Afenifere and other major stakeholders, reacted to the audio tape saying that the President had lost his ability to speak properly.Photo Credit:Getty
