I Plead With Protesters To Shun Violence And Avoid Chaos – Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun
With the state of things in the country, Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun has appealed to protesters to avoid any form of violence and follow peace.
Writing on his Twitter page, the governor stated that reports reaching him posit that the otherwise peaceful protest has been hijacked by hoodlums and thugs.
He also urged the youths not to block the road preventing vehicular movement or disruption of any activity.
“Yesterday, I advised our youths to protest peacefully and not erect blockades on roads or disturb other citizens. This is Ogun State.

“I am informed by peaceful protesters that hoodlums have hijacked protests and attacking innocent citizens. I am pleading with these elements to shun violence and not allow things to degenerate.”
