All Deadline Day Transfers That You Don’t Know Went Down
The Football World transfer window for the Summer came to an end yesterday, 31st of August 2021, it was the deadline day. This summer transfer would be said to be one of the most czaziest transfer window in history as we see great players the like of Lionel Messi, Christiano Ronaldo, Kun Aguero and the rest moving out to other leagues across Europe.
The transfer window saw the signing of players from one club to the other. Some extending their contracts, some going out on loans, some loans with an option to buy.
Here are transfers that went down;
- Jerome Boateng – Bayern Munich to Lyon (free agent)
- Antoine Griezmann – Barcelona to Atletico Madrid (loan with an option to buy)
- Saúl Niguez – Atletico Madrid to Chelsea (€5m loan with an option to buy for €40m)
- Luuk de Jong – Seville to Barcelona (paid loan)
- Nuno Mendes – Sporting CP to PSG (€4m loan with an option to buy for €40m)
- Takehiro Tomiyasu – Bologna to Arsenal (joins on a permanent deal for €18m)
- Ethan Ampadu – Chelsea to Venezia (joins on loan)
- Emerson Royal – Barcelona to Tottenham (joins on a permanent deal for €25m)
- Eduardo Camavinga – Rennes to Real Madrid (joins for €40m)
- Rey Manaj – Barcelona to Spezia (joins on loan for €3 with an option to buy)

- Zambo Anguissa – Fulham to Napoli (joins on loan for €15m with an option to buy)
- Daniel James – Manchester United to Leeds united (joins on a permanent deal €28)
- Faitout Maouassa – Rennes to Club Brugge (joins on a permanent deal)
- Mory Bamba – AS Roma to Leixoes Sport Club
- Tino Anjorin – Chelsea to Lokomotiv Moscow (long term contract and loan)
