5 Things That Are A ‘Must-Do’ On Easter Day

Easter is one of the principal holidays, or feasts, of Christianity. It marks the Resurrection of Jesus three days after his death by crucifixion.
For many Christian churches, Easter is the joyful end to the Lenten season of fasting and penitence. In Nigeria, Christians take these few days very seriously, with schools going on breaks, and offices closing all in a bid to celebrate the death of the savior Jesus Christ. Easter is usually not as big as Christmas, but the joy, fun, and laughter are definitely the same. So here are 5 things that a must-do today, to complete and make your Easter perfect;
Be With Loved Ones
Being alone is good but during festive periods, it pays to be among the people you love, or be with that special person you love. Love always makes every situation better and what better way to celebrate this period than with a loved one(s).easter

Ensure To Say A Little Prayer Of Thanksgiving
Christians will tell you if not for the death of Christ that brought redemption, there will be no Easter. His sacrifice is worth giving thanks for, so ensure to say a prayer of thanksgiving on this day.
Forgive
It wouldn’t be right to celebrate Jesus for dying for your sins while you hold old grudges, hurt, hate, and other negative vices. Forgiving sometimes doesn’t mean forgetting because the hurt can run deep, but letting it go and putting yourself first is what happens when you forgive and Christ will definitely do the rest.
Ensure You Have Fun
Lastly, ensure you have fun. Having fun doesn’t necessarily mean you go out, you can be home and have fun. Practicalize what fun means to you today and you are good to go. Big Time. From KOKO TV to you all, Happy Easter.Trending video of the day;
