Antonio Conte’s men will be hoping to end their current devastating run on Wednesday when they host AS Roma in their Group C Champions League match.
Chelsea are currently in their worst run since October 2016 when they lost two consecutive matches to Liverpool and Arsenal. The Blues are yet to register a single win since their last Champions league match in September.
Roma are not doing brilliantly well either as they lost their last league match against Napoli. However, they will hope to ride on the current injury crisis of their opponents as they can boast of a fully fit squad.
Chelsea’s injury plagued starting lineup should be: Thibaut Courtois- Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz- Marcos Alonso, Cesc Fabregas, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Davide Zappacosta- Eden Hazard, Michy Batshuayi, Pedro Rodriguez.
Roma starting lineup will be: Alisson Becker- Juan Jesus, Aleksandar Kolarov, Federico Fazio, Bruno Peres- Radja Nainggolan, Kevin Strootman, Daniele De Rossi- Diego Perotti, Edin Dzeko, Alessandro Florenzi.
