Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede has decried how social media has become the standard of measuring success for people.

In a recent post by Yvonne Jegede on her Instagram page, she averred that people assume your life is messed up if you don’t post on social media which suggests also that you don’t have anything.

The delectable thespian bemoaned the fact the internet has given popularity to opinions that shouldn’t be formed to behaviors that shouldn’t be emulated to people that shouldn’t be famous.

Explaining this stance further, she recalled how some time ago she posted something about a car and a new camera phone and that got her thinking common sense is not so common in today’s dispensation and for her, she is of the strong conviction that we live in a messed up society.
