Two friends face rape charges after one allegedly filmed the other sexually assaulting a nine month-old baby girl. Isiah Dequan Hayes, 19, is accused of raping the infant while pal Daireus Jumare Ice, 22, allegedly recorded the horrific assault. The pair, from Memphis, Tenn., were indicted by a grand jury Tuesday on charges that include especially aggravatted sexual exploitation of a minor.
Their alleged crimes came to light in 2016 when the baby’s mother found a video of the attack and identified the men to cops, Fox 13 reported. Hayes faces aggravated child rape charges, while Ice was indicted of being criminally responsible for the conduct of Hayes in the aggravated rape of a child. The pair have been held without bond at Shelby County Jail.
