Tuface’s Manager Efe Omorogbe Arrested For Impersonation

 Tuface’s manager Efe Omorogbe has reportedly been arrested. According to LIB, Efe, who has been in a power tussle with the Tony Okoroji led faction at the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) was arrested on the grounds of forgery and impersonation. Efe was reported by the current chairman, Tony Okoroji. Another man Joel Ajayi was reportedly arrested and detained alongside Efe at the Zone 2 Police Headquarters, Lagos before they were both arraigned before a law court this morning. They both appeared before Magistrate O.O.Oshin of Igbosere Magistrate 1 on a four-count charge of ”forgery, fraud, falsification of documents with the intent to defraud and having conducted himself alongside others at large to commit a breach of peace at a meeting held by the COSON Chairman.  A source who spoke with LIB said; “After trying to break into the COSON house in Ikeja for a meeting with ‘thugs’, Efe went on to forge the letterhead of COSON and sent out which is a crime. He was reported to the police and when he admitted to the crime, it became a criminal offence and the Police commissioner has stepped in.” Efe was granted bail after the court hearing today and the case was adjourned till May 17th, 2018.  Photo Credit: Getty
