Tribunal Judges Shun Court, To Deliver Judgment On Kaduna Election Virtually

The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Kaduna State is set to deliver judgement on petitions before it via Zoom.

KOKO TV NG reports that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru, filed a petition challenging the election of Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Governor.

Though the proceeding was yet to commence at 9:50 am, the courtroom has been set with a provision for transmission of the judgement proceeding via Zoom, The Nation reports.

There is also tight security at the premises of Kaduna State High Court, Kawo Kaduna, where the tribunal is sitting.
